Task assignment doesn't work

Dear all,

I am having some trouble with the task assignment function in a workflow. In fact, as you can see from the screenshot there is the filling of the form that should trigger the task assignment and the specific person will be notified when this happens. However, is not like that as the person never gets the notification.

Is the task not created or is the task created but the assignee is not receiving a notification? Can you check under Menu > Sales > Tasks?

Yes, there is an actual enrollment and a task creation as well.

Have you clicked through to the task? How are you looking for the task? Have you made sure you're not looking at a filtered view?

It looks like the task is being created correctly – otherwise you wouldn't be able to open it.

Regarding your filters, is the Assigned to filter matching the person that the task is assigned to? It's hidden so I can't tell.

I found the submission by looking at the completed tasks. However, it hasn't been completed. Is there a way to don't mark the task as completed?

Hi @SIon1,

There isn't any automation that marks tasks as completed – another user must have (accidentally) completed this task.

And no, it's not possible to block an assignee from completing a task.
