Tagging conversations in the inbox?

Hey there, 

We get form submissions into our inbox for our B2C business. Some of the form submissions contain a promo code or other specific terms that we often find ourselves highlighting in the comments below. 

Like how deals can now be tagged, is there any creative way to tag conversations in the inbox? Or have some kind of automation automatically comment on a conversation in the inbox when certain criteria in the form are met?
