TERM not importing

SOLVE

Hi,

 

I've ran into an issue where I cannot import line item property 'TERM'. When I enter a value like 36 or 1 the import runs into an error.

 

I've also tried adding the billing frequency property "Monthly" alongside the TERM property, but it still does not work.

 

Any idea's?

I've found the solution, I needed to add P'#months'M as input.

So for 36 months that would look like this: P36M.

I have seen that another Community Member had a similar behavior. Hi @OBetzalel, how did you succeed to import the monthly term, please, to help @HMulckhuijse?

If the behavior continues, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
