I successfully edited an email template and created content to suit my business. When I was happy with the email I wanted to send, I sent a test version to myself to see what it looked like. The email I received was arranged differently to the draft email I had composed in HUBSPOT. The structure of the coloumns, images and text had been rearranged and were no longer aligned as I had originally composed it in the Hubspot email manager.
I have checked the email on different devices, with the same outcome. I have also sent numerous other emails with different templates but still the same problem occurs. The received email is arranged differently from the one I made, with different alignment. What could be the cause of this?
I have attached two images: One picture shows the original email that I composed in Hubspot. The second shows the email in my BT mailbox after I had sent it to myself.
It seems that the formatting changes when viewing the email. Also, when viewing the received email, all the elements rearrange when the screen is resized. This means that the email does not stay regular in adjusting to different screen sizes and proportions.
Thanks. Michael Email as seen in HUbspot in proper arrangement. [image: 7ee97665-d84e-4c58-bc81-64a2264865a3.png] Email as seen in mailbox after sending. [image: Hubspot Screenshot email received.png]

Looks like this BT email client is stripping some CSS style, similar to Gmail or Outlook. I would recommend to chech the articles about email html templates from emailonacid and litmus for the references. There's also an article which might give you an idea what's happening: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/emails-look-different-in-outlook
