Sync Issues between HS & SF

SOLVE

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has experience with the HS/SF Integration.

 

I want to sync Lifecycle Stage from HS to SF, we are currently using both Leads & Contacts in SF. I have created a Lifecycle Stage field on both objects and have mapped it with the HS field, however, I am constantly getting sync errors saying "invalid property option" which is not accurate. Some Contacts/Leads sync successfully, where others receive the error. HELP!

SOLVE

This error is usually related to the rules you have setup in SF or HS ( normally in Salesforce).

You need to look at your dependent fields and the data validation rules to determine if these are causing an error.

 

You can try looking at the Affected Records in Salesforce to try to attempt to diagnose the likely error.

Sync Issues between HS & SF

SOLVE

Thank you. It was hit or miss on if it would sync. One contact with "Marketing Qualified Lead" would sync and another wouldn't.

 

I created another Lifecycle Stage Field in HubSpot and created a Workflow to update it when the original LS was updated on a contact. That new field is now connected to SalesForce without any sync issues.
