Support Email forwarding to contact

SOLVE

Hey, Right now our customer support email is not set up with Hubspot, however, we want to forward all emails we get into Hubspot so that the contact is updated with a record of all communications. 

How would I go about doing that?

This will connect the support email address as a shared channel within a conversations inbox. Before you do this, I'd recommend reading up on conversations inboxes:

A guide to the conversations inbox

Set up the conversations inbox

 

Once connected, you should see incoming emails on the contact records.

 

You can also create tickets from incoming messages: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/tickets/create-tickets#create-tickets-in-your-conversations-inbox
