Subscription-based content

Is there a way to build a subscription account to gain access to content? Our team is looking to create tiers of subscription users so they can access our published content. We envision the most expensive subscription to have access to all papers, reports, and market insight and then diminish levels of access in less expensive subscription tiers.
We'd also like the user to enter through a login and be able to compare and contrast the resources available to them in their tier. Is there a way to do this?
