Can anyone tell me what the best practice is for saving ebooks for CTA downloads? Should it go to Documents or Files?

Hi @thewagneragency ,

Great question! While both tools allow you to upload files into HubSpot, the File Manager won't require that Contacts enter an email before they view the file each time. For something like an eBook, the File Manager will be your best bet!
