Snippets

I have created a #snippet and when typing an email in outlook at putting the #code, the snippet doesnt work. 

Anyone esle using outlook and snippets? Any hints?

Hi @LMackey 

I'm an Outlook user and as far as I know the # method of adding snippets is not supported by Outlook and only works when composing an email directly in HubSpot (not sure about Gamil). 

To add a snippet in Outlook, I have to go via the Snippets option in the HubSpot Sales side bar.

Thanks Phil, I have triend this previously however as there are too many snippets in there from my company the one i need to use isnt in the top 12 or so on the list and I can't scroll down further to get other ones.

Do you know a way to get my snippet to be top of the list?
