@Anonymous I'd say without a doubt it's the Contacts app and it's subset of tools. Lead scoring is a tool that my sales and marketing teams collaborate on in particular, especially when it comes to using workflows to set lead scores.
I'd LOVE to see further integration between Workflows and the tools/tasks on the CRM.
