Slow Page Loading Times

Howdy guys!

(Mostly) happy hubspot user here, but I'm noticing my page load time are trending downwards and absolutely killing my performance scores.  My web guy tells me hubspot is the problem - especially the chat and forms.  Any ideas how I can fix these problems?
