Signatures - Not in Conversations (Really!)

Yup, that's correct.

 

If you use conversations with Service Hub you can't use signatures.

We, too, had (have) this issue. The only work around was to respond within "Tickets" and use your CRM signature. 

This works alright once we got the hang of it, but working directly within Conversations is much more streamlined and thus a time saver for our org as well.

Agreed - this seems like a very basic feature to have in any sort of emailing tool. It's surprising that it isn't included. It's stopping us from fully moving over to Conversations which is very disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we purchased the service platform.

I use the snippets tool to create my signature line for now.

Hi there! Just wanted to update here that we now support team signature in Conversations. 
 
Previously, a workaround was to use snippets but snippets do not support rich text or media (eg. company logo). 

This feature to add a team signature to emails in Conversations is in beta (link to original Ideas forum request) and will be progressively rolled out to all users. You can add your team signature under Inbox Settings > Email > Edit > Enable team signature. If you do not see this option in your portal, feel free to reach out to HubSpot Support to get early access.

Hi Joceyng,

 

We are using Freshsales at the moment and use a shared inbox, would be really useful to be able to use conversations to repond to emails and have a signature applied.

 

We are testing HS at the moment with a view to move over and this would be very helpful to have, could we get access to the early release of this feature?
