Show source for booked meeting (via meeting sheduler)

Hi everyone,

We are using the meeting scheduler so that our customers can book calls with their Account Manager.

We use one meeting link for multiple campaigns.

The problem we currently have is that our Account Managers are getting booked and they don't know what the customer wants to talk about (it can sometimes be obvious with the contact activities, but not always).

How can I make sure our team is aware of the source of the booked meeting?

Note that I don't want our customers to be able to see this (ex: meeting description) and I don't want to create multiple meeting links per campaign since this would be too hard to maintain.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @MLatulippe,

I don't think what you're trying to achieve is possible - at least not reliably. HubSpot will populate, where possible, the source fields. But if a contact does not accept cookies, HubSpot won't be able to capture this information.

Because of that, every submission has the potential to look the same. You either need to use separate meeting links for separate purposes / channels / sources or ask the contact what they'd like to talk about.

Best regards!
