Is there a way for attach a personal gmail account so that other users can see my inbox?

We deal with extremely timely and important requests that would usually go through a shared inbox we have connected to Hubspot. However, these requests are sometimes sent to personal email addresses.

Is it possible for users to see our personal email inbox?

This would be extremely important if a member of the team is sick or on vacation.

If your personal email is connected to HubSpot, then replies to your emails will show up in records in HubSpot. There is however no general inbox for personal emails in HubSpot. So in that sense, no, it's not possible to share your personal inbox in HubSpot with other users as it doesn't exist in that form. Your inbox, with all incoming emails, only exists in your actual email client (Gmail, Outlook etc).

You would have to either share your login details with co-workers (not recommended, for obvious reasons), or connect your email address as a shared conversations, as explained here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/connect-channels-to-the-conversations-inbox#connect-a-team-email...

Only as a conversations inbox can other users see incoming emails in HubSpot.

My team and I have been looking to use only Hubspot as an email client. We already use it for deals, tickets, and even project management to a degree. The problem is that we are not able to connect our personal email addresses. We can use team inboxes but that is not a value if we cannot connect our own emails as well. Most of our emails are directly to one of our addresses and not a team inbox. What is to prevent us from using our personal email addresses as a "channel". We started this today and it seems to be working so what am I missing?
