When I create a task, there is a dropdown of default times as well as a "custom date". Is there an option to customize dropdown options, for example to have a choice be "in 4 business days"
In HubSpot, while you can set a task due date using a dropdown of default timeframes or the "Custom Date" option, there isn't a built-in feature to automatically select "in 4 business days." The only way to set a task for 4 business days in the future is to manually select the Custom Date option and choose the appropriate date.
The available choices for default dates are listed in the dropdown in settings, and it is not possible to customize these default options. For that reason, the "Custom Date" option would need to be selected when creating a task to set a due date that is a specific number of business days ahead.
If this is a feature you'd like to see, I strongly recommend submitting your feedback on the HubSpot Ideas Forum. HubSpot regularly reviews user suggestions, and this could be a useful enhancement for others who require business-day-specific scheduling.
If this helps, feel free to mark it as the solution ✔️and give it an upvote 👍! Let me know if you have further questions!
