This is our second time using a workflow to enroll contacts into a sequence after filling out a form. The workflows are essentially identical, except for the form that is used for the trigger since this sequence will be used for different contacts.
However, when we did a test submission for the new sequence we had just set up, we received an enrollment error saying "Permission Denied: User does no have permission to access this sequence". We did more test submissions with different emails and received the same error for each one (photo attached of the error). We have triple checked all of the settings, looked on HubSpot Knowledge Base, HubSpot Community, and even did a Google search to try and see what this error means with no luck. The only results we get on a Google search pertain to users as in our team members, not user as in the contacts who should be enrolled in the sequence.
Can anyone help us understand this error and how we can resolve it?
