Sending Marketing Emails without authenticating domain
SOLVE
Hi! I've been scouring the topics here and the rest of the internet but couldn't find an answer; hope some of you good people can help.
I'm wondering what's the best way to send automated marketing emails without authenticating the sending domain?
I see there's an option to set the from email to a hubspot provided email. Can I use that and will that make it less likely for emails from my organization to get caught in spam?
Is it at all possible that hubspot's sending infrastracture has a better health than our sending domain and would that mean using the former is better for deliverability?
Unless your own sending domain has bad reputation, this is very unlikely.
If so, then this is probably the single-most important setting in HubSpot to decrease the likelihood of your emails landing in spam. While you can use the default (HubSpot's sending infrastructure), it will mean that more emails to promotional tabs, spam folders or not even arrive.
Best regards!

Hi @karstenkoehler, thanks for the super quick reply. Is it at all possible that hubspot's sending infrastracture has a better health than our sending domain and would that mean using the former is better for deliverability?
Also, when sending through hubspot's sending infrastructure, do we need to set up the from email as the hubspot provided email?
Apologies if my questions are insane. Just trying to understand how things work. Thanks again!!!
