Send a Deal Confirmation external to hubspot

We have our VARs setup as custom objects. 

Their customers are then associated as contacts labeled "Customers"

Their billing department is associated as contacts labeled "Billing Contact" 

When they submit an order through an online form a deal is created in hubspot, internally we review the deal adjust to include wholesale pricing, and then it moves to Netsuite for invoicing.

Is there anyway to send confirmation when a deal is created to the "Billing Contact".

Looks like I can create a general email, but don't have the customization tokens needed to include all the deal information I need such as, retail pricing, wholesale pricing, customer info, stage, line items, and netsuite sales order number.

Hi @Keegan4123,

If you want to send emails with deal information and information from associated contacts with a specific association label, that would have to be a deal-based workflow. I'm not 100% sure I follow your object set up with the custom object, but as long as you have a deal and associated billing contact, this can be done – it does however require a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription.

There shouldn't be any issues with including deal properties directly. Are these deal properties?

For line items, as far as I know, you'll have to create a custom module:
