In most email tools and the internet in general, you can use quotations or other tricks to narrow down search results.
Hubspot's search function within inboxes seems virtually unable relative to something like gmail when you're trying to find an email with a specific phrase or topics.
It seems you cannot search within inbox and there's no option to search more broadly within Hubspot or tickets or deals - across multiple email threads.
Any tips or tricks on how to make the search results less terrible?
Hi @drafeedie I have also found the inbox search to be somewhat frustrating because it can show very broad results.
One thing I recommend is to add ticket properties for things you need to search or filter by regularly, even if it is a rich-text property for something like "tags" you can add common topics, etc. to make search work better for you.
Another thing you can do is to use hashtags to indicate #something-important in your comments, they can help with making search more manageable.
I also have found that searching for anything with a number results in just about every conversation due to non-visible IDs...
Hope this helps a little!
