Are you referring to adding an association for an existing company in the right sidebar of a ticket record? If so, unfortunately, this only includes company name and company domain name. There aren't any settings to change this I'm aware of.

Yes, that is what I am looking at. we have a custom ID from our other system that we need to search by. We have to many companies with the same name. The only way I can think of handling this is by including this custom ID in the name of the company.
