Sales reps create SMS

SOLVE

I'm working with hubspot native marketing SMS, and there has to be a better way for our sales reps to create and send one off messages instead of creating new "templates" every single time?

Hi @OJohnson777,

 

At this time, the SMS function native to HubSpot is more geared around marketing vs 1:1 sales SMS messages, which is why one-off messages isn't really a function yet.

 

If your SMS functions are more geared toward sales and one-off messages, you may want to consider an integration such as Sakari or Salesmsg. Some of the phone integrations, like AirCall or CloudTalk, would also be compatible for 1:1 SMS messages.

 

If you really wanted to use HubSpot native functions, you might be able to use Workflows and personalization tokens, and then have the contact enrolled in the workflow to send the message. If you go this route, you can use the new card function to make it easy for the reps. It's not a perfect solution, but it could work.
