Sales on apprenticeship programs

Hello everyone,

 

What best practices have you implemented for managing sales associates on apprenticeship programs at school?

 

In France, apprenticeship programs allow students to join sales teams to learn the Sales profession and responsibilities.

 

But what about their tasks, active sequences, etc.?

 

I have some ideas, such as:
- Make the Sales associate a collaborator and not the owner of objects, so that sequence registrations are made in the name of a permanent salesperson.
- Run a workflow that reassigns open tasks to other salespeople during their absence.

 

How do you see this?
