Does the SMS Beta support sending images? Or plan on supporting images in the future?

@Shane_Janssens is there any update on a beta for MMS messaging? We would like to include images in our text messages and now that SMS is available would like to move onto using images in MMS messages. We would appreciate any information so that we know if we should plan to stay w/ Hubspot for text messaging and MMS or look to evaluate alternative tools for MMS. Thanks.

Hi @ASolares , I'm the product manager on the team building the tool. Thank you for the question. This is not supported right now but we understand its inportance.I just do not have a timeline as of now. I will review and revert once the feature is in GA with more concrete timelines on fast follow items.

That's a great question @ASolares! It seems that the SMS tool currently only supports text, links, emojis, and special character icons, but I've reached out to the product team to see if they can share more information about images! I'll get back to you as soon as I have more info!
