Round Robin Assignment of Leads

Hi, 

Based on the lead comes into our database I want to assign leads on a round robin basis is there a way to do so? 

If so can it be done in Marketing Hub?

Hi,

We use HubSpot Round Robin assignments and love it, but there is no way to filter out the spam leads without human intervention? Is there anyway to incorporate a workflow for when leads submit a form that are very obviously spam, that they don't get distributed on the Round Robin?
