We created a report that compares the average time to resolve a ticket using the "compare by" field in custom report builder.
In this case, when the value decreases it means that the indicator has improved, but in the tool the cursor is red. We haven't identified an option to reverse the cursor color to make it more graphically suitable for our case.
I see, thanks for explaining! I'm afraid it's not possible to change the color of the arrows in this chart type.
The option to set a custom color for values is available for certain chart styles like the column or the line chart, but not for the summary chart type.
