Resizing images

This is my first time working with HubSpot and I cannot find a way of reszing or modifying an image INSIDE its frame or box. Can this be done at all?

Which frame or box are you referring to, which tool are you working in? By resizing, do you mean cropping or lowering/increasing the resolution?

I'm following up on page elements someone else has previously placed on
their website. Their 'Team' page has several images of individuals, some
have the top of their heads cropped and others I'd like to enlarge a
little. So these images are already positioned on the page in their
individual box.

I'm trying to resize or reposition the images.
