How do I mass delete repeating tasks. 

Everytime I delete them they simply get recreated for the next period

Please make sure this check box remains unchecked while creating the tasks this will prevent creating tasks repetitively for more info visit this article here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/tasks/create-tasks 

Use the checkboxes next to the tasks you want to delete. Select all the tasks you wish to remove.

Hi @mgbribiesca ,

To mass delete recurring tasks and stop them from being recreated, here’s what you can do:

First, go to the Tasks section in your HubSpot account. Use the search or filters to find the recurring tasks. Click on each task to open its details, and look for the "Set to repeat" checkbox in the recurrence settings. Uncheck this box to disable the recurrence and then click Save to confirm the changes.

Once the recurrence is disabled, return to the task list view. Select the tasks you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them. Then, use the Actions menu at the top, select Delete, and confirm the deletion.

Finally, refresh the task list to verify that the tasks are gone and no longer being recreated.
