Removal of website content

Hi!

I am a former employee of a company that uses HubSpot for their website. It is now two months since I left the company and they will not / cannot remove my details from their website. Please help, this is affecting my job search!

HubSpot support have confirmed that the company have not paid for a long time, but that their web content cannot legally be removed? What can I do? This company is still trying to pretend that I work there.

The company will not co-operate on this at all, I have sent them details passed on by HubSpot but nothing....

This sounds like you would have to take legal action, unfortunately. I can see how HubSpot do not have the right to change content of their customers or to be an arbiter in this conflict.
