Reassign Ownership

How do I reassign ownership for all contacts/companies/active deals to a new owner? Employee A has left the company and I need to assign all their contacts and companies to their replacement, Employee B. Looking for a way to replace all instead of having to do one at a time.

Hi @BBlanton 

When you deactivate or delete a user you get a prompt to re-assign records of that user.

Alternatively you can:

1. go the respective contact, company, deal view

2. Filter by the employee A

3. Select all records

4. Click edit and change to owner to employee B

Hello Frank, I don't have access to add or deactivate/delete users, so I tried the alternative method and it worked perfectly!
