Re-enrollment issue with Company associated with Activities
SOLVE
Hello all,
I created a workflow to mark the timestamp of Latest QBR meeting date (on the company record) whenever the company's associated QBR meetings were marked as completed.
However, the workflow didn't allow my criteria to be re-enrolled.. Could anyone please kindly explain the reason so that I can avoid for future cases? And in my case, what would be the right way to set a timestamp for one company record based on its associated activities?
This is indeed a limitation of enrollment in workflows. The best workaround is to create a company-based list that mirrors your enrollment criteria – and also "Activity date is less than 0 days ago". Companies will enter the list when they meet the criteria, then leave it again due to the date filter.
You can then use this list for re-enrollment in your workflow.
(That means that re-enrollment is limited to once per day, unfortuantely.)
Best regards!
