Quote Won't Create Custom Line Item

SOLVE

Good morning all,

 

I've been using the free version of Hubspot for roughly 2 years now but have recently been getting the following message when trying to creat a new Custom Line Item within my quotes:

 

"Sorry, there was an issue saving your line item as a product. Please try again."

 

I've tried creating them in a new quote, using an existing quote, even cloning lines in old quotes but still get the same error.

 

Can anyone offer any advise?

The error may indicate a bug or limitation in the free version of HubSpot. Try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers. If the issue persists, consider reaching out to HubSpot support for assistance.

The sales team in my oragnization are having the exact same issue.  We are also using the free version.
