Till today we were using multi-select dropdowns at Deal level to specify which product was purchased. Now there are products which we could use and add each product as a line item to each deal. We are trying to figure out where the advantage would be using that approach. One thing is clear to us it would give us a better breakdown of what this deal consists of. But is there any other advantage like filtering for list etc?
Hi @Simonsway , Yes, properties are used to filter out the objects. yes you can use thus multi-select dropdown to filter out deals to ake a list. Here as an example, i have created a deal property Services (A/B/C/D), created a contact based list and then in teh Deal properties, used the property Service: https://prnt.sc/1cxtxru
You can also use this property to filter out objects on Object dashboard: https://prnt.sc/1cxvjdn
Hope this helps!
