Problems to access my account

Hi.

 

I was many months without access to my account due to I have to move to other country. I change my portal domain and migrate all the data including Hubspot. For some reason I gues long time without access my account is no working. Can I get again?.

 

Old domain www.jvldigitalgroup.com.ve   Id Hubspot   2262406  email javierlugo14@hotmail.com

New domain www.jvkdigitalgroup.com  it is basically the same page but I want to recuperate the Hubspot account.

Hi @BodoLugo,

 

It looks like your portal was deactivated in September. I will begin the process of requesting to get the portal back. I will update you when I have more information.
