Problem with creating deal with the same adres

Hi, 

we use automation to create deals in Hubspot, but when I insert one mail two times to form where autmation get data to mail and Hubspot it doesn't work. Any idea how to res

Hi @bjochym,

 

This sounds like the workflow that is creating deals does not have reenrollment enabled: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/add-re-enrollment-triggers-to-a-workflow

 

Enable it and it should work. If you're unsure, share a screenshot of your workflow and I'll confirm.

@bjochym thank you, according to the enrollment log, a deal should've been created yesterday. When exactly did you run the tests?

 

Is there a chance that you do not have the permissions to see the created deal?

@bjochym have you checked the actions log for the contact that you expect to create multiple deals? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/understand-your-workflow-details-page

 

Was the contact enrolled twice correctly?

 

Can you please share a screenshot of the enrollment criteria and the entire workflow?
