Print formatting (PDF) when I export

How do I even attempt to change the format of the pdf exports I get? Any tips or tricks? I get what I get and sometimes its missing pages or something else - is it my print default settings? I checked and don't see...LMK if you have any suggestions!

here's how my export is coming out - we're enterprise (not using sales)

its an email compare report.

then also when I print the usual pdf reports for email performance it is only giving me a couple charts now - is that normal?
