Pricing migration

SOLVE

We recently received the notification that our account would be migrated to the new seat-based pricing model. The notification also mentioned we'd be moved to Marketing Contacts pricing, which wasn't mentioned in the original announcements... was anyone else surprised to see this addition as part of their migration? Anyone have any insight they can share on how their invoices changed?

Was just surprised to see this included as part of the migration since their original communications & announcements promised no price increase after migration and no more than a 5% increase at our next renewal - did I miss something?

Hi @OKennedy,

This is best discussed with your customer success manager directly – they can explain which options there are and give context why you're being moved to the marketing contacts model, for example. In my experience, this depends on the contract terms and renewal date.
