Pipeline Growth Challenges

SOLVE

I am currrently at an Agency that has traditionally built pipiline through relationships, industry partnerships and  hyper-local presence.

We are trying to expand into a digital playbook. However we have a outsourced BDR team that sends over maybe 1 lead a month.

I was hired as an SDR but im definitely doing full cycle sales activities from cold calling to proposal development and closing. Any pointers to bridge the gap between traditional pipeline generation and an effective digital playbook to pipline generation?

@etyson, It sounds like you're in a challenging position, bridging the gap between traditional methods and a more digital-focused approach.

Here are some examples of how Idigital efforts can support traditional effort:

  • Sending emails to likely event attendees before and after the event.
  • Leveraging partnerships though a shared social precense and/or co-hosting webinars or other virtual content.
  • Just like there are local in-person networks, there are commonly virtual groups for those same audiences. Identify your target audience and where they spend their time online. This will guide your digital outreach strategy. Different platforms work for different industries and demographics.
If you can join and participate in those groups, that will help build relationships.
