Personalized AI Chatbot for Lead Qualification

Hey HubSpot Community,

 

I want to automate the entire conversation before a lead is marked qualified, but I’m looking for a personalized AI chatbot experience—not a basic, direct workflow. Ideally, the chatbot should feel like a human interaction where the lead wouldn’t notice the difference. If the chatbot gets stuck, it could even say, ‘I’ll bring in someone more knowledgeable.’

 

Our primary communication channel is WhatsApp, though we’re open to exploring new options. I've explored AI chatbots for websites, but those often require machine learning and are limited to web interactions. I need a solution that works where our customers are—WhatsApp.

 

How can I make this possible through HubSpot? Any guidance or tool recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

@lishba - It'd require a Service Hub Professional license but I'd highly recommend exploring HubSpot's Customer Agents.

@lishba - Yes, HubSpot can automatically send WhatsApp message - but you'd need access to workflows within your subscription.

These WhatsApp messages can be triggered based on the output of the Customer Agent conversation.

Can HubSpot send WhatsApp messages to the leads who have filled our ad forms? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've read that HubSpot can send WhatsApp messages instantly when a lead fills out an ad form
