Partnership tracking

I want to track which company / source sent us a given company. 

 

I know there is a native way to do this using associations, but I'm not on the professional tier.

 

We use UTM codes to track when lead hits a partner landing page:

Ideally, I'd use this to then label this person's company as ref'ed by..

 

Ideally this would happen automated, but would also want to manually override from time to time if needed.


Anyone have ideas? Ie should I just create a custom property on the company record with a picklist of different parter companies?

Hi @aorob,

 

Without a Professional subscription, yes, a manually maintained dropdown property is probably your best choice. Due to the lack of workflows in the Starter tier, it won't be possible to automate this inside of HubSpot, unfortunately.
