We use quite a few lists, static, and active for communication. These lists also contain vital contact information that I want to sync back to outlook.
Example, I have a CEO list that is synced to outlook. I can make changes to a person's name, address, company, email, and all of that updates in seconds to the outlook contact in this list. Where I am running into a roadblock is when a CEO leaves a company I can remove them from my list in Hubspot but that person is not removed from the synced list in Outlook. What am I doing wrong?

The integration with Outlook contacts allows you to select which outlooks contact folder is being synced.
You will need to remove the contact from the contact folder within Outlook to stop them being synced.
