We use quite a few lists, static, and active for communication. These lists also contain vital contact information that I want to sync back to outlook.
Example, I have a CEO list that is synced to outlook. I can make changes to a person's name, address, company, email, and all of that updates in seconds to the outlook contact in this list. Where I am running into a roadblock is when a CEO leaves a company I can remove them from my list in Hubspot but that person is not removed from the synced list in Outlook. What am I doing wrong?
