Original sender of email forwards does not work

Does anyone else have this issue, when using email forwarding, that the original sender of the email is not set as the associated company? It is my own company, which forwards email to Hubspot that get's associated. 

 

I've enabled the "Choose original sender of email forwards", but it does not work. I've even tried disable/enable with no luck.

The community and support for this issue is really below what I would expect from HubSpot. Clearly this is not a suitable platform for my need. I will be closing my account now. Hope you can improve in the near future.

@OBrungot if you look at the incoming messages in the Conversations inbox: 

Are they associated with the correct contacts? Or are they all associated with the same contact (your company that sends the email)?

Original sender of email forwards does not work

They are all assigned to my company, as it's my email server that does the forwarding to Hubspot. The picture on the initial post should be clear on this.
