Chiming in to say this would also be helpful for us. We vary our collateral based on a number of different dimensions and without a tagging or note system, it is almost impossible to easily find the version we're looking for.

agreed we need something to manage this file section a bit better, we just end up dumping in duplicate images and congesting the file system because it becomes impossible to search for images as the thumbnails are way too small!

Tags or even a Notes field on Documents would be SO HELPFUL. We may have 2 or 3 versions of a similar document, one with pricing, one without, one with a quarterly special and the only way to differentiate is to have it in the title (which is awful because it would be shared externally) or create everything in it's own folder. A basic Notes field that is searchable would make them SO MUCH better.
