Our Ecommerce site, which is powered by HubSpot, is currently experiencing an unprecedented problem. Lately, we've observed that certain customer orders are being rerouted to incorrect shipping addresses, leading to significant disruptions and customer dissatisfaction. Despite our thorough examination of our settings and configurations, the issue continues to persist.

Has anyone else come across this problem, or does anyone possess insights into the potential causes behind this unexpected behavior? Your expertise would be immensely helpful in aiding us in promptly resolving this matter. We appreciate your time and assistance!
