If you are a Solutions Partner with new clients to onboard into Hubspot - some quick wins in the first week to follow:-

1. Get them certified - Hubspot Academy (Inbound)
2. Create Meeting links
3. Install the chrome extension
4. Connect integrations & CRM
5. Simplify current activities
6. Create a shared inbox

Great list, @Fitzycath. I'd also add in "downloading the mobile app" as a super quick win. Still to this day, I find so many sales/marketing folks who don't have the app/didn't know there was an app.
