Notify user on the basis of Zip Code

SOLVE

Hi @All
I've created a workflow where I have assigned zip codes ranging from 1 to 40,000. I want to notify 70 sales reps by sending them internal notifications based on the submitted form and the selected zip code corresponding to each sales rep. But on submission of form using different zip code i'm not getting notified. Please provide a quick solution for this.

Hi @Ishan5,

How exactly are you testing this? Have you been using the same email address for testing?

If you're testing within the 5 minute delay, a contact will not re-enroll – a contact cannot be enrolled twice at the same time in a workflow.

Have you reviewed the actions log for your test contact? Can you share a full screenshot of the actions log for the test contact? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/understand-your-workflow-details-page

What happens when you test the branch criteria (click on the branch) against your test contact? Can you please share a screenshot of that test?

Best regards

@Ishan5 what does "PFA" mean?

Could you please provide the screenshots that I mentioned in my previous reply? (actions log of the test contact + test contact evaluated against branch criteria)

In any case, it looks like you pasted a list of postal codes which are not read as separate values by HubSpot but as one long string. No contact has the postal code "43001 43002 43003 43005 [...]".

You need to make sure that these are added as separate postal codes, see here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Filtering-a-view-with-a-comma-separated-list-of-company-IDs/m-p...

@Ishan5 have you reviewed the second part of my reply?
