SOLVE

Hi Why can accounts team not see replies from a rep who puts a 'note' on while out on the field from a F2F mtg?

 

For instance account update 'notes' on a customer where they have ahd contact withthem regarding accounts payable and reps can see these notes out on the road. Reps then may get some resolotion to an accounts payable issue and reply to the note but accounts cant see this note (Core Seat)

I'm not sure I can follow entirely – what's F2F mtg?

 

Generally, each user has permissions towards notes (the same way users have permissions towards other records or assets).

If a user is not seeing certain notes, you would have to check their permissions: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/manage-user-permissions

 

Before you do that, make sure they're not looking at a filtered timeline: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-activities-on-a-record-timeline
