I'm designing a workflow process that requires me to send emails. These emails are necessary as they contain account information and updates, NOT marketing. How do I send these emails to a contact who is classed as a non-marketing contact without messing with their preferences?
Without this add-on, you'll have to either create a new subscription type for transactional emails and opt everyone into that subscription type (as a workaround for that add-on) or use an existing subscription type that everyone is opted in. Typically, the former workaround makes most sense.
