Whats good yall

So I have a 300 plus contact broker list that I am having to manually enter into our sytem based of the contacts email. For example if Joe works @WTWBroker, I go in, copy the email of the contact that already exists in the system, go to create and have to create a new brokerage based on what the email says or find the company they work for. Any way to automate this? I am clueless.

Hi @DBuford,

Is brokerage a custom object in your portal? When you enter a brokerage, what exactly do you do in HubSpot?

Assuming a custom brokerage object, generally speaking, you can create a contact-based workflow, enroll your 300 contacts, then use the 'Create record' workflow action to create brokerage records and immediately copy over the email address within that action. That would be fully automated then.

Alternatively, export your 300 contacts, reimport them as contacts+brokerages. Map the contact record ID and you're now creating and associating brokerages in bulk.

Best regards!
