Need to get **current user** Hubspot identifier for embedding in URL

In my deal record I have a property that contains a hyperlink to an external web page. Here is an example of that link:

https://[domain_name].com/qa?deal_id=9124347039

Here is how that hyperlink is created inside Hubspot:
https://[domain_name].com/qa?deal_id={{ deal.hs_object_id }}

As you can see, this link already embeds a deal id, which is used by the hyperlinked web page.

I also need to embed into this hyperlink a unique identifier to identify the **current Hubspot user**. I do not need to identify the deal owner, but rather the current Husbpot user who is presumably currently logged in to Hubspot on this device and about to click on this link.

I don't care which user identifier we embed (there might be several properties that identify the current user), but whatever I use must be unique and stable over time.

How can I embed an identifier for the current Hubspot user's account into this hyperlink so that the webpage "knows" which Hubspot user actually clicked on the hyperlink to invoke it?
