Need a lead management system inbound and outbound

I'm a growing business in need of a clean organized & refined inbound strategy roadmap snd **bleep** proof system that allows no Leas to slip though the cracks.  

then on outbound I need a strategy roadmap and easy to manage system of cultivating business s as me revenue.  

looking forward to a wise consultant to handhold me down the success path and execute on the above and do the heavy lifting after our meetings while I work on other areas of the business.     

can someone on this community refer a HubSpot rock star or be my companies hubspot rock star to set up a lead management system amd outgoing system
